About Sain Construction Company

Sain Construction Company was established in 1933 by Pete Sain, Sr. In the beginning, the commercial construction company employed about fifteen workers and over the years has grown to work force in excess of one hundred employees. The company is now owned and operated by Jimmy Sain and Pete Sain, Jr. The company is a privately held partnership with the main office located in Manchester, Tennessee. Sain Construction Company holds a strong commitment to quality, budget control, and on time performance. Evidence of this can be seen from the numerous letters of recommendation and repeat business that we receive from our clients.

Staff

Sain Construction Company has a full staff of experienced estimators and project managers with collectively over 225 years of experience in the construction industry. Our project managers have managed single projects in excess of forty million dollars. We have fourteen full-time superintendents, most of which have a minimum of five years of employment and some with as many as thirty-five years. We have long standing relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers as they are part of our team of professionals.
